Our Return Policy:

You can shop with a conscience and confidence at Daylyn.

If you receive your purchase and don’t like it, it doesn’t fit, or it simply doesn’t give you the right vibes, simply reach out to us by email and let us know the reason for the return.

We love our products, and what we do. We want you to love shopping with Daylyn.

 

Time Limitations:

If you have ordered something from Daylyn and it doesn’t quite suit your needs, we will be glad to accept it for a full refund of your money within 30 days of the delivery date. 


Refundable Condition:

Products must have tags attached and be in saleable condition (free of scuffs, dirt, stains, rips or obvious signs of damage or wear.)

Items damaged from shipping will also be accepted as refundable – though we ask that you please notify us immediately upon opening your package, or upon your earliest discovery. 

 

Exceptions and Exemptions:


Final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Please refer to each product page to see if item is listed under final sale – this will be clearly marked.

We will return money back to your credit card within 2 business days of receiving the item.

Please note: it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
